DESCRIPTION
The RM SERTEC fryer machine, model FRY, is designed to fry and cook a wide variety of products with high energy efficiency, thanks to the optimization of its heat transfer systems and its ability to operate with a minimal level of cooking oil.
This machine uses a dry frying method, in which food is briefly immersed in a bath of fat or oil at high temperatures ranging from 150 ºC to 195 ºC, resulting in a final product that is dry, crispy, and golden.
