DESCRIPTION
Machine designed for low-pressure product forming, a process that preserves the original characteristics of processed mixtures, whether based on meat, poultry, fish, soya, potato or other vegetarian products. It can produce rectangular, round, triangular and irregular shapes, flat or three-dimensional. It is built for very high-volume production, with excellent shape retention and total weight accuracy.
Our product filling system fills the forming plate from below, so air and other residues are evacuated through the top of the plate. These residues are efficiently channelled back into the product hopper, achieving a zero-waste process and preventing dirt from building up in the ejection area.
